Privacy Policy

Short version: your SVG files and the generated code never leave your device. We do not use cookies, and our analytics are anonymous.

Your files stay in your browser

All processing happens in your browser. When you paste markup or drop a file, it is read with the FileReader API and converted with JavaScript on your device. The SVG, the preview and the generated code are never transmitted to us or any third party. ZIP files for batch downloads are also created locally.

Because nothing is stored on a server, there is nothing for us to delete, sell or lose in a data breach. Closing the tab removes your input from memory.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few anonymous events, such as when someone copies output, clicks a preset or switches language. Vercel Analytics is cookieless: it does not set cookies, does not use local storage for tracking and does not build profiles across sites. Visitors are counted using a hash that changes daily and cannot identify you.

The events never include the content of your SVG or the generated code.

What we do not do

To keep things simple:

  • No cookies and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
  • No advertising trackers or third-party fonts loaded at runtime.
  • No accounts, email addresses or personal data collection.
  • No server-side storage of anything you convert.

Frequently asked questions

Does SvgJsx upload my SVG files?

No. Files are read locally with FileReader and converted in your browser. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the converter keeps working.

Does the site use cookies?

No. Neither the converter nor Vercel Web Analytics sets cookies, so no consent banner is needed.

What data does analytics collect?

Anonymous, aggregated page views with country, browser and referrer, plus counts of events like copy_output. No personal data and no SVG content are collected.

Will this policy change?

If we ever change how data is handled, this page will be updated first. The core rule will stay the same: your files are processed on your device.
